Ecrevisses makes knitwear to order , each piece can be made within 2 to 8 weeks. Depending on the yarn in stock delay may be longer.

Delay for ordering
Yarn could be slightly different from the website pictures, if it is the case it will be written in the model description sometimes with pictures, if not you will be informed by email.

How to clean your knitwear

Your pieces should always be cleaned by hand. Never twist the fabric when you wring it out, you have to press it to remove the water and then let it dry flat. For hand dyed garments always wash separately.
Ecrevisses’s knits are made from European mainly Belgium threads; they buy their high-end fibers internationally based on each country's craftsmanship. Some knitwear is made of second-hand and deadstock yarns.

Yarn provenance
What if your knit get damage
If anything pulls a thread and the yarn does not break, you can easily repair the knit. Send an email or an Instagram message to Ecrevisses and you will receive a video to help you repair your piece.

You have 14 days to change your mind and return your product at your expense. The total amount of the part will be refunded.
